Amazing product!!!
My family and I have been loyal fans of GHD products for the past 16 years, and they never cease to impress us. Among their incredible lineup, my absolute favorites are the flat irons. Recently, I had the pleasure of trying the Chronos Max Professional HD Motion-Responsive Wide Plate 2" Styler, and I couldn't be more thrilled with it! This impressive wide plate styler is not just stylish; it's also incredibly efficient, allowing me to style my hair faster than my previous flat iron. With this new tool, I can achieve beautiful, smooth results in a fraction of the time. My long, wavy hair now takes only about 15 minutes to straighten, compared to the usual 30 minutes (if not more) I spent with my 1” styler. GHD CHRONOS MAX
I have had the GHD Chronos Max (2” flat iron) for a few weeks now and thought I would share my thoughts. I have had the 1” Gold flat iron for several years and absolutely love it. I really didn’t expect the Chronos Max to be much different, but man, it’s so much better! I have color treated, waist length, wavy hair and am blessed that I can easily go 2 weeks between washes. I typically wear my hair wavy for the first week and then straighten it for the second week. When I received my Chronos Max, I was going on week two, so perfect time to test it. I was able to straighten my hair within a couple of minutes, much faster than with my older flat iron. My hair looked really shiny and I didn’t have any frizz at all. During the winter months, my hair continually gets stuck in my car seatbelt - it would get staticky, get caught and rip out. I can honestly say that since using this flat iron, my hair has not been getting stuck at all. At night, I put my hair into a bun to sleep and in the past that would make my hair wavy again in the morning. After using the Chronos Max all week, my hair stayed straight and didn’t get wavy at all. I was also able to go three weeks without washing, meaning two weeks of straight hair. I also want to mention that I did not use the flat iron at all to touch up during that two weeks. I used it once and left it, as I wanted to really test it out. I just washed my hair and wanted to see how it worked with freshly washed hair. Again, I’m impressed with how fast it was for me to straighten my hair and how shiny my hair looks. I would highly recommend this brand and product in particular if you are considering purchasing a flat iron. I can’t wait for when we go on our van vacations, this will be a game changer for travel.

they took a great thing and made it even better
I've used ghd flat irons for about 20 years at this point and am absolutely a fan. I used my Platinum for years and years, then I got a Chronos last year and love it, so I was excited to get this wider version of the Chronos for looser curls and faster smooth styles. It heats up in seconds, the cord length is great, and I like to be able to just glance across the room and be able to tell if it's on or not by the indicator light. I get results with one swipe, my styles last, and my hair is in great condition because of the heat control function.

Healthy shine in less time!
I absolutely love the new GHD Chronos Max! As someone who’s tried many hair straighteners, I can confidently say this one is a game changer. I have long, thick, wavy hair, and I was able to straighten it all in exactly 10 minutes. The sleek, straight look I was aiming for turned out perfectly, and the Chronos Max gave me an added shine making my hair look so healthy. Before the Chronos Max, I was using the GHD Platinum daily, either for straight styles or to curl my hair. I was initially concerned that the Chronos Max’s wider plates might make curling tricky, but the rounded edges are a total lifesaver. I can still create beautiful flips at the ends or even bouncy curls with no problem. The wider plates make a huge difference in saving time, as I can now manage my thick hair in less time, and while the Chronos Max is a bit heavier than a 1” straightener, it's not uncomfortable at all. It’s the perfect balance of efficiency and styling versatility. I’ll definitely keep using it—highly recommend!

OBSESSED!
I have always used GHD products and have to say im really impressed with the chronos. My hair tends to be really frizzy and course so GHD product's are always my go to. However after using the Chronos i found that it left my hair feeling extra silky smooth with no damage to my ends! The plates glided over my hair with ease, no tugging whatsoever! One thing that really "sealed the deal " for me was on day 3 after straightening my hair still looked like it did on day 1!

Very good quality- love it
I typically straighten my hair one time a week. I have long thick hair. I use this iron to straighten and create waves since the edges are curved. Perfect for crazy mornings since it heats up very fast and turns off by itself too, which is perfect.

Creates great curls for curling
I normally use my flat iron to curl my hair. I love the waves created by the Chronos Max! I already own a ghd Chronos. In comparison, the Chronos Max gives better result and is easier to operate compared to the normal sized flat iron.

Awesome styler
GHD makes high quality tools. This tool is great. It has a nonslip grip, sleek design, heats up very quick and the heat is evenly distributed. It has helped control frizz and add shine to my looks. I love that it’s dual voltage which is important for traveling. The heat resistant pouch helps for traveling and protecting the tool. Highly recommend.
